Gundog Training

I am passionate about training gundogs and I take great pleasure in seeing them working to their full potential.

Training and working my own gundogs everyday gives me invaluable insight into the many training methods and skills available and offers me the chance to perfect my techniques. I am also very fortunate to have access to great training grounds throughout Wales

I offer 1-2-1 and group gundog training over many levels from basic to advanced and I believe in both positive reinforcement techniques and human corrections. I aim to create a balanced dog by working with both dog and handler.

From the moment your dog enters your home training should commence and with consistency, boundaries and commitment comes a well balanced dog and a happy owner.

I offer training on an initial assessment basis which is then followed up with a schedule of training to suit you and your dog.

Demonstrations and Exhibitions

Elvin has demonstrated his gundogs around the country for the last 20 years. He has entertained thousands of people in shows, festivals and in various game fairs.

Elvin has appeared on various TV programmes such as BBC Wales and Welsh language programmes Wedi 3 and Wedi 7.

Shortly Elvin will appear in his own 1hr long welsh language country programme called Cefn Gwlad where you will be able to his life.
